His expertise is critical in navigating the nuances of local regulations, from securing Izin Lokasi (location permits) for exclusive beach setups to coordinating with port authorities (Syahbandar) in remote harbours like Sorong for Raja Ampat expeditions. Arya personally oversees the annual vetting of over 40 properties, vessels, and partners, ensuring they meet our exacting 150-point methodology. When vetting a partner villa, his inspection covers everything from backup generator capacity—essential during intermittent power outages—to the specific thread count of the linens. His relationships with local authorities are instrumental in ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.
Sari Dewi
Role: Head of Client Relations

With over 12 years of experience managing UHNW client portfolios in Geneva and Singapore, she brings a rare combination of cultural fluency and meticulous attention to detail. Sari excels at understanding unstated needs, having personally designed over 250 flawlessly executed itineraries with budgets often exceeding $100,000. Credentials: Ahli Nautika Tingkat I (ANT I) – Master Mariner Class 1 License, Indonesian Maritime Academy; PADI Divemaster; 20 years experience navigating Indonesian waters, including as Captain for luxury Phinisi charters in Komodo and Raja Ampat.
Bio: Captain Komang is our authority on the seas, with over 150,000 nautical miles logged across the archipelago. His knowledge of Indonesia’s currents, weather patterns, and hidden anchorages is second to none. He has an intimate understanding of the seasonal challenges, such as navigating the strong tidal currents of the Linta Strait in Komodo during the peak dry season (June-September) versus planning safe passage through the Dampier Strait in Raja Ampat during the northwest monsoon (December-March). He is responsible for the operational excellence of our partner fleet of 12+ phinisi yachts. Captain Komang personally audits each vessel’s safety equipment and crew certifications, ensuring compliance with international SOLAS standards and local protocols. His audits are exhaustive, cross-referencing engine maintenance logs with manufacturer specifications and ensuring all crew hold valid Buku Pelaut (Seaman’s Books) and STCW certifications.

She works with a handpicked team of private chefs, sourcing ingredients from over 30 local farms to create bespoke menus. Her logistics network is capable of air-freighting highly perishable goods like Japanese A5 Wagyu or Kaluga Queen caviar to remote destinations within 24 hours. From a fresh seafood barbecue to a formal 7-course wine-pairing dinner, Isabelle ensures the culinary journey is striking. She maintains a 1,500-bottle, 13°C climate-controlled cellar in Bali, with logistics to provision even the most remote islands.
